Definitely recommend! Had the Cubano sandwich. I ordered it with no pickles, my husband ordered as is and my mom ordered it no pickle no cheese. All 3 of us loved it! Meat was very well seasoned and flavorful.

Very nice ladies cook / own / manage 🙂 UPDATED post: EVERY time, this place is DELICIOUS, and it's professional and hospitable according to the situation: quiet and quick when busy, warm and friendly when you're not rushed, always with a smile 😁! The pastries are affordable, varied, and very fresh! The hot food is cooked in sight, with love clearly. My cortado was perfect! My pork roll sandwich (we called it "Taylor Ham 😂") is excellent, brining back find memories of the breakfast/lunch trucks one could find all over North Jersey in places like J.C., Hoboken, Newark and Elizabeth or E-port. Highly recommend, once again. The little chalk boards with 'palabras bonitas positivas' (my translation: pardon) will also give you joy. ORIGINAL post: Great place, in many ways. Rated it 4.4. After a long night enjoying life i was craving breakfast which i hardly ever have. My friend took me to the New Jersey Grocery/ Deli in Oakland Park Fla. Located next to a few small businesses. It's what is called a "hole in the wall" when it comes to food. It's a small place, and always busy don't be surprised when you walk in there's a line to place your order. I love the fact all the staff is friendly, humble, and works hard, and cater to your eating wishes. There is hot food off the grill made to order. They make smoothies, juices, refrigerated items, and finger food such as croquettes, beef/cheese empanadas, guava pastries, and assorted pastries as well. I had a cheese and egg sandwich on Cuban soft bread. Succulent it was so good the next day i came back for it again. I also ordered a passion fruit juice in water. It hit the spot! They have different combinations of small plate hot food including bacon, steak, fries, eggs etc. If you are in the area... stop by. Check the hours because they normally close at 3 pm.
